Our passion is providing professional services to our clients in the design and development of their projects. We provide expertise in Land Use Planning, Civil Engineering and following through as the liaison to the County, State or Federal jurisdiction(s) in completing the necessary permit(s). Coming from an engineering background, we apply a high level of detail in all aspects of our work. With thirty years of experience, we enjoy using our knowledge to complete your project efficiently.

Our professional services include working with the client from the initial planning of a project through the design of necessary infrastructure. Initial planning incorporates the project goals of the owner with the evaluation of the County, State and/or Federal requirements and recommendations based on our experience with these rules. Applying these standards, we prepare design drawings for residential, commercial or public projects. Typical examples include street geometry (roads), parking facilities, storm drain infrastructure, wastewater infrastructure, grading, accessibility and erosion control.

We are well versed in working with the other disciplines in the design and development of a project. We have been fortunate to work with exceptional groups of professionals throughout the years. These include architects, electrical engineers, structural engineers, geotechnical engineers, environmental consultants and surveyors.
